George Little

Director of Engineering

A graduate of Princeton University with Masters Degree in electrical engineering. George has over ten patents to his name.

Four specific to the design and application of ultraviolet germicidal irradiation. George’s background includes long tenures at General Electric and Boston Scientific.

Margie Post

Finance Director

Margie comes to TMG after a long-term stays at Morgan-Stanley and Berkshire Hathaway. She is a graduate from Boston College and has a Master in Finance from USC.

DR. HELENE PAXTON, MS, MT(ASCP), PHD, CIC, PROFESSOR OF BIOSCIENCES

Medical Advisor, Epidemiologist

Dr. Paxton has 45 plus years’ experience in medical devices and Infectious disease consulting. Member of SHEA and ASM. Dr. Paxton specializes in studies for 510k submission and regulatory submissions, FDA liaison, design control and GMP and FDA inspection readiness. 30 years as an infection preventionist for acute care and LTAC’s, Has extensive knowledge in disinfection and is an expert in Bio-Safety.

Denise Hood

Director of Marketing and Communications

Denise is responsible for Corporate communications and providing up-to-date information on the latest strategies and applications in the practice of infection prevention. Informing national healthcare Practitioners of the latest developments and opportunities using rapid UVC disinfection resulting in a safer work environment, improve patient outcomes, cost containment, and operational savings.

Gayle Gooding

Customer Support Leader

Gayle Gooding is our Customer Support Leader. Gayle has a technical background and previous experience working with Honeywell, General Electric. Gayle is our frontline expert on helping our customers maximize the use and application of TMG’s Rapid Decontamination Systems.

Ariana Yanni

Director of Healthcare Markets

Ariana comes to TMG following a successful medical career in Canada and time as a market maker for two mainstay US healthcare corporations. Ariana shares her passion for better patient care and healthier work environments for both the patient and employees. As a business analyst interfacing with the executive suite, Ariana brings a unique perspective to the cost-containment and supply-side strategies so important in today’s healthcare environment.

Adam Sampias

Special Projects Leader | Software Engineer

Specializes in transforming complex tasks into streamlined, automated workflows. Adam is proficient in Python, PowerShell, HTML, and Batch scripting, with hands-on experience in both high and low power DC and AC electrical systems and has a strong foundation across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, and Linux). Driven by a passion for problem-solving Adam views each project as an opportunity to push the limits of technology and reliability.
